Product Details

CrC-NiCr 80/20 Thermal Spray Powder consists of chromium carbide combined with 20% nickel-chromium alloy binder. This composition provides an excellent balance of wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature performance. The chromium carbide phase delivers superior hardness and protection against abrasive wear, while the nickel-chromium matrix enhances toughness and resistance to thermal degradation.

When applied through HVOF or Plasma Spray processes, the powder forms a dense and durable coating capable of withstanding severe industrial conditions. The coating is particularly effective in environments where components are exposed to elevated temperatures, oxidation, erosion, and particle wear.

Typical applications include boiler tubes, turbine components, exhaust systems, valves, rollers, and industrial machinery. The coating maintains its protective properties under thermal cycling and prolonged exposure to high-temperature environments.

CrC-NiCr 80/20 coatings are widely used in power plants, aerospace systems, steel manufacturing facilities, and petrochemical processing equipment. The coating improves operational reliability, extends service life, and minimizes equipment downtime in demanding applications.
