<p>CrC-NiCr 75/25 Thermal Spray Powder contains 75% chromium carbide and 25% nickel-chromium alloy binder. The increased NiCr content enhances coating toughness, oxidation resistance, and corrosion protection while maintaining excellent wear resistance. This makes the powder ideal for applications operating under high-temperature and corrosive conditions.</p>
<p>Applied through HVOF or Plasma Spray processes, the coating forms a dense protective barrier that resists abrasion, erosion, oxidation, and thermal degradation. The coating performs exceptionally well in environments involving elevated temperatures, thermal cycling, and corrosive gases.</p>
